- Karachi: We offer Same-Day Delivery for a flat fee of 200/- PKR.
- Other Cities: Delivery takes 5–7 working days with a shipping fee of 350/- PKR.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays or public holidays.
3. Cancellations
- To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
- Verification Requirement: You must provide a screenshot of your payment/order confirmation to verify the request.
- Once verified, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated.
4. Returns & Refunds
- 7-Day Window: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2–3 working days.
5. Product Accuracy
- We strive to display the colors and graphics of our streetwear as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or screen settings.
